Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the move may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Auburn Movers is not liable for damage caused by improper packing (if not packed by our team), pre-existing damage, or items excluded from coverage.
Valuation and liability terms will be discussed prior to service. You may also purchase additional coverage or insurance separately.

Ensure clear access to entryways, hallways, and driveways.
Supervise the move or appoint a responsible adult in your absence.
Notify us in advance of any fragile, valuable, or oversized items.
